On the occasion of the 7th edition of the Italian Cuisine Week in Switzerland, which will take place from Nov. 14 to 20, at 6 restaurants certified with the “Italian Hospitality in the World” label based in French and German-speaking Switzerland, in collaboration with the Prosecco DOC Consortium, a welcome drink will be offered to their customers, as well as a tasting of bergamot products.
For this event, our torroncino “friabile al bergamotto di Reggio Calabria” has been selected as an Italian and Calabrian product of excellence and will be tasted at the end of the meal by all guests attending this very important event of Italian haute cuisine abroad. We are proud and flattered by such appreciation, which repays the care and love with which we produce our nougats.
